Getting Started

Once your payment has been submitted, we will immediately upgrade your subscription to Flagship and you can begin using the new system. An EKOS Representative will reach out with further instructions for next actions, and the option to coordinate a training session if desired.

Terms

This AMENDMENT TO EKOS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Amendment”), effective upon the execution of this amendment (“Amendment Effective Date”) is by and between the Customer (“Customer”) and EKOS, Inc. (“EKOS”). Customer and EKOS desire to amend the EKOS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT between the parties to add the EKOS Software & Services listed above.

Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Agreement. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument, and the delivery via facsimile or email transmission of an executed counterpart shall constitute delivery of the executed counterpart. Except as expressly modified, amended and supplemented in this Amendment, the Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect on the date hereof.

You represent and warrant that you have the full right and power to enter into and fully perform these Terms of Service in accordance with these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Terms of Service and, in such event, “You” will refer and apply to that company or other legal entity and “Person” means any natural person, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, company, business trust, joint stock company, trust, unincorporated association, joint venture, or other legally recognized entity of whatever nature.
